Specific cancelation policy
For all new booking made between May 1st and September 30th 2020, for a travelling period between July 15th 2020 and June 30th 2021,
modification and cancellation fee will be as per below:
1. If cancellation or modification due to:
- Lockdown situation in Customer's country of residence,
- The impossibility of traveling to French Polynesia due to the closure of borders and / or transit stops,
- Lockdown situation in French Polynesia,
- The impossibility of traveling to French Polynesia for a traveller whose Covid-19 test carried out in the 72 hours preceding his flight was found to be positive,
- The impossibility of continuing a stay in French Polynesia for a traveller declared positive during the stay,
Modifications without penalty or reimbursement without costs at the latest within 12 months from the initial date of stay in the event of cancellation
2. In the event of a request for cancellation or modification of reservations outside the cases defined in 1: Then the regular conditions will apply.

CONDITIONS
* Minimum stay: 4 nights
* Room nights have to be consecutive and in the same room category
* Not combinable with other offers
* Applicable on 3rd adult in room
* American Breakfast is to be taken at the Hawaiki Nui restaurant, not valid for room service
* The discount has already been applied to the displayed rate
* Honeymoon amenities can apply (split of champagne (37,5cl) & floral bed decoration)
* Honeymoon amenities: valid 12 months post wedding date upon presentation of the wedding certificate at the check-in
Rebooking and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be notified in writing at the email address: reservations@pearlresorts.com
• Bookings modified or canceled 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date at the resort: no penalty
• Bookings modified or canceled between 14 days and 24 hours before the scheduled day of arrival: a 1-night (plus applicable taxes) cancellation fee will be charged
• Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date at the resort or during the stay or in case of no show will be charged in full. Same conditions for shorter stays.
